Resizing bottom dock with Metrics tab active pushes tabs off the bottom of the window #12

Delphi 10.3 Version 26.0.32429.4364

For every other tab, when resizing the bottom dock the tabs remain at the bottom and the internal client area gets smaller:

But if the Metrics tab is the currently selected tab, resizing the area instead causes the tabs to be pushed off the bottom:
