svn checkout does not include all assets required to build #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. checkout trunk from svn 
2. modify build/build.properties to set FLEX_HOME
3. run ant build
4. build fails with the error below.

command line: Error: unable to open 
'C:\Workspaces\SVN\flexwork\flexwork/src/css/dock.css' 

Expected result:
and build is successful

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Last tested on revision 108, running on WinXP SP2, using TortoiseSVN
