What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on view header (mouse down)
2. Move the mouse a few pixels
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
That dragging does not start until maybe 8 to 12 pixels of distance from mouse
down point. Instead dragging is enabled right away.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Just pulled from SVN source
