Restore view from shortcuts bar does not work #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Minimize a view, a shortcuts toolbar appears at the bottom
2. Try to restore the view by clicking the view's icon on the toolbar
3. Nothing happens.
4. If you click the restore icon on that toolbar, it works fine.

I'm currently working of Flex 4 but it happens on Flex 3 as well.
