v5 - Baobab

Baobab focuses on tweaking for performance and adding smaller features that would add bloat and potential instability to the Acacia upgrade.

Pending talks with other teams, should we consider a double upgrade of sdk 45 -> 47 -> 50?

maybe? you still have to do a lot of work to jump from 45->47 anyways so we might as well split it up since we're doing a v5 shortly after v4? 50 also hasn't gone live yet so we will have to see if it all goes well
