Client intermittently receives "undefined" for seatChart at start of game #171

After recent changes, the client will rarely receive "undefined" for a seatChart after starting a 3x AI game. Since we can now leave to the Lobby and rejoin the game, this isn't fatal, but it is still a bug.

I haven't been able to reproduce this yet. Is anyone else still seeing it?

Nope. At this point, I think we can chalk it up to me having code/cache out of sync.
