Add support for "Bypass proxy for local address" #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set a manual proxy in IE connection config.
2. Check the "Bypass proxy for local address" checkbox
3. The option is ignored and does not work for proxy vole.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To bypass the proxy for "local" addresses

Add support for this IE special mode in proxy vole.

This feature is already implemented in the repository.
Checkout the latest sources and this feature will be available.

Will be included in the next release that will be build.
