Cross edita through different majors don't work

Users with multiple majors (or helping to manage a friend) cannot cross edit a major while in a different one. This will be ineffective for users

Improvement: Ensure edit commands like rm move to include [MAJOR_NAME] so that users with multiple majors can do edits that does not alter courses shared among majors unintentionally.

Team's Response

For users helping to manage a friend, we have the feature to create and edit multiple timetables stored independently. For someone with multiple majors, they can initialise the timetable with their first major, and then manually add the second major's courses in by using the add course function. The suggestion given by the tester can be considered for future versions.
