not seperated xul installed

Mozilla currently courage developers bundle the xulrunner source code into 
their tarball. Thus, there is no standalone xulrunner installed.

Perhaps chmsee can bundle xulrunner sources as well.

Sorry, I can't find the document related this recommend, could you give me a 
link?

Xulrunner is a huge project, and I don't think it is a good idea to bundle 
xulrunner source code with every xulrunner application. Even for deploying, the 
size of xulrunner lib is over 30M on linux.
