Ubuntu PPA is outdated #87

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to https://launchpad.net/~chmsee
2. There's no PPA for Lucid
3. Karmic's PPA doesn't have the latest version of ChmSee

Sorry. I'm not a lanuchpad user. If you have translated chmsee po files, you 
can attach them here.
