Fix various bugs related to downloading and uploading models.

fixes wrong escaping of error messages (so that quotes are not displayed)
adds error handling for when model url or model name is not given.
adds error handling for when model url does not point to a zip file and automatically removes trailing characters after ".zip" in model urls given
removes leftovers zip files and voice model directories when errors occurs
