Several changes related to colabs notebook:

rewrites/updates to colab notebook by @medicen_jona1. Generally notebook is now more in line with original code by @Hina. Notebook might require more rewrites soon though.
moves colab notebook into notebooks folder
adds "Colab notebook" section to README
