Setup cloud sync to Backblaze #29

Turns out TrueNAS supports syncing data to object storage, including Backblaze. I should this up for stuff that's irreplaceable.

First I need to reorganize a bit so I'm not having to point the sync jobs at individual folders. I'd rather just point it at a whole dataset.

I'm not using very many datasets because I modeled them after my OG SMB shares on Windows when I migrated.

Initial sync completed, and scheduled sync succeeded with no changes detected (as expected).

I now have 3 copies of irreplaceable data, and 1 is offsite.
