Kalman Figure edits - Githubissues

Now that we're getting closer to submission and Sasha's read the paper, these seem to be the last technical issues outstanding:

[ ] Improve the size of figure text in figures
[ ] Increase the number of gridpoints for smoother figures
[ ] See if we can specify relative noise, add tests. (rel noise ranges from 0 to 65 for Hopf, 0 to .11 for Duffing. What's going on?)
[ ] Add Lotka Volterra Parameters
[ ] Fill in Table 2
