[App Inventor] The installer tries to use the Python installation at C:\Python27 when the installed Python is at non-standard location #18

The App Inventor installer correctly identifies a Python installation, however the installer uses a hard-coded Python installation path C:\Python27, instead of the detected Python installation.

This can be reproduced by running the installer after removing any Python install, if any, at C:\Python27 and installing Python in a directory that is not C:\Python27.
