From my playing with each piece of the site, it all seems to work just fine.

This is a very bare bones prototype. Everything is functioning, but you aren't also showing us some of the functionality that you've talked about on the project pages (overlaying divs on scroll, etc). It would be best to get these pieces functioning and tested before you begin working on the style/presentation layer.
