The site is functioning well all around, I had this pointed out to me as well, but do you plan on having a footer (copyright, etc.)?
I think it's a little difficult to judge a lot in this prototype, because do have the absolute basics. I think you could've coded for spacing and sizing on a few pieces, like the page links when the site breaks down to mobile view.
Other than that, everything seems in order pretty well, and ready for styling.
