Enhancement: Initialize guild data on join #36

Summary

When @byte-bot-app joins a new guild we need to initialize data from the guild and set the defaults for certain things (prefix, guild name, etc) in the database.

I'm coming back to working on Byte (and programming in general) after ~3 months... Idk what I was on here, but we do this with column defaults?
