[PROPOSAL] Education project #6

This project can be used for an educational purposes. We can add docs that will covered code and CMake building & Github action.

As for me I want to implement my own Chess Engine and your app is great for it. If I suceed I'll send PR.

Contribute: Can I add an extra readme file Solution for setting your code up with the sdl,compiler flags, paths and common issues i faced in your code. On windows As cmake did not work
