Labeled learning at hmm, connection to api from frontend done

• The value of the markers are rounded to two decimals, (not as smooth video, but readable, there are - some better solutions for this ofc)
• Setting apply black seq and frames to false
• Connected the api to frontend
• Hmm uses the labels for training (can be extended to be a semisupervised solution soon)
