Changed readme of api slightly
Moved hmm.json from /model to /temp
other minor stuff

Notice: Before merging move your hmm.json to /temp

Move hmm.json to the other folder, would be good to have an already done model in repo.

Okay. What about putting it in /data? I was mainly concerned that every time i run rebuild it would overwrite the saved model and then when i commit anything it would be pushed to master.
