create video db interface
merge web scrapper with db int
merge downloader with db int
merge scene segmentation with db int
merge subtitles with db int
merge image similarity with db int

Perhaps it's just easier to keep the json file and just have the scraper and downloader use the db, the rest can use the json file. Also the remainder is in another issue: Migrate dependency of json file to mongo
