Can't continuously pan the scene while tokens are moving #15

Describe the bug Can't drag scene with right-click and drag while tokens are on patrol.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. I set up three tokens to move on different paths.
  2. I right-click and drag to pan around the scene.
  3. The scene stops panning when token moves.

Expected behavior I should be able to pan around the map and not lose panning/right-click focus.

I can verify this as well. My players reported this issue and when stopping the patrol routes the issue stops.

I have this issue even when directly using the Foundry VTT host software running V6.5 on Win10
