Create app footer #102

Footer needs to have a couple of things:

play button & pause button that toggle
back button
forward button
beat time (and maybe real time)

Think mobile first. Style doesn't really matter to me now, but for a big app I think the modern style of a site like Hired.com is a good starting point.
