added Flashforge.idx file to allow compatiblity with PrusaSlicer v2.7 #15

PrusaSlicer v2.7 would not show FlashForge as a vendor option in the configuration wizard. The error message printed in the console when prusaslicer was run via command line was about a missing .idx file for FlashForge vendor. I copied the relevant 2 lines of another .idx file into FlashForge.idx file into the ~/.var/app/com.prusa3d.PrusaSlicer/config/PrusaSlicer/vendor/ folder next to your supplied FlashForge.ini file and everything is working just fine now.

Tested on prusaslicer 2.7 flatpak linux

also added thumbnail image for printer in configuration wizard
