Persistent #7

Is it possible to make this node persistent? Can it behave like this: when Node-RED starts up or Deploy is pushed - connect and then wait for input. Likewise, anything that is received would then be sent to the output.

Hello, as the node connects when needed and would be dependent on timeout, I won't be able to give any guarantee the node would always be connected... sorry
