traceygraphs not being converted to SVGs in the CI #3825

The traceygraphs are not being converted to SVGs in the GitHub CI. As a result, the generated SRSs hosted on the website cannot render the traceygraphs.

@balacij and I discussed this in person. The solution consists of running make tracegraphs in the deployment scripts.
