Cannot launch the program

I tried to install on another computer (WinXP SP3 french): same problem.

Actually, issue this is not a defect, it is more a build or redistributing 
issue.  
The converter uses visual studio 2005 C linker.   Currently, it is necessary to 
have
the visual c runtime libraries installed.  

In the time being, user can download the runtime libraries from microsoft here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=200b2fd9-ae1a-4a14-984d
-389c36f85647&displaylang=en.

The next version I will change the build environment to be a static build or 
include
the runtime dlls in my package, so this issue will never happen again.

I will keep this open until .4 is released.
