Any Insights? @OmarEmaraDev
@Gerstmann-Bradley Hi. I have tested your file on Blender 3.1, it is working on my side. Is there any specific way to try that?
no. I simply render it and found bad render result. I don't have issue in viewport rendering. Also if I bake the animation and disable AN, problem doesn't present as well. However if you render with AN, issues are shown. https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/55994236/166178820-23ca56cb-f739-4c99-8f72-5e0544fcc943.mp4
.
Sorry for the delay. I can replicate the issue, but no idea what might be causing the inconsistency. Did it ever used to work in any Blender version?

Yes, AFAIK it worked in Jan.2020, Blender 2.82.6. I have no record afterwards, so I don't know which version started to broke it. but I guess it maybe easy to test.
@Gerstmann-Bradley Sorry, I tested for single frame. For animation rendering this issue is there.
@OmarEmaraDev I have noticed that if first set the position of spheres with AN then disable it. Then try render the animation, it does not work. It only work if I bake the Rigid Body simulation. It looks like AN altering the cache of simulation, isn't it?
@3DSinghVFX Are you saying the issue is there even with AN disabled for latter frames?

Sorry for the late reply. Yes.
Tested in 3.1.2. Viewport Render Inconsistency seems more of a Blender Bug? But why? AN Physics.zip
