Disable justMyCode debugging #124

If this option is missing it is impossible to debug into Python libraries that the Blender add-on is calling. This should later probably be made configurable in the settings but for now this is an easy fix.

@JacquesLucke I hate to put pressure on other open source maintainers but it has been half a year and it would be awesome if you could merge this single line change. Thanks a lot in advance!

Sorry for not replying earlier. This should not be necessary anymore after 6786cb42041e2179dc5589c382a7781073ea8d00. Thanks for looking into this issue!
