What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change gsm.sim.operator.numeric from Sprint's "310120" to any other.

Please provide any additional information below.

It's not anything that you can fix, just something noteworthy. If you change 
the operator ID from Sprint to any other, you can no longer bill your Sprint 
account when purchasing apps.
