What is the product?
Today we will be presenting our Recipe app that we worked on for the past couple weeks then transition into the speaker who will talk about the tech stack and the goal of the application.
The goal of the app is to find recipes based on a diet selection and favourite foods.

Why did you decide to build it?
We created this web app because all of us love food.
Each team member discusses the parts of what they did as well as their obstacles and how they handled them and also some technical details (ex. 3rd party API calls, node server, etc)
What were the main things you learned from this project?
Learned more about react and its different types of components and boostrap - Jade
Learned more about Material UI components - Sean
Learned how to interact with a third-party API - All of us

Highlights
One of the major obstacles to talk about could be how Jade experienced an issue when trying to install sqlite3 when she was going to add the saved recipe route to the node API server and we had to spin up a VPS from Linode to be able to work on it
