Research Heroku deployment options #12

If we want to add a database we'll need to deploy to Heroku Find out if this is viable (limitations on the free containers)

I have opened a new Heroku account, the cost was not too high so happy to take that on. Deployment to Heroku seems similar to how it was when I last deployed so I believe it's a good way to go I'll rsc database options next to see how easy it would be to add a db

The people on the course should have Eco Dynos, not 100% on the details but it should mean that the cost is paid for, meaning that you won't have to pay out of your own money @Jade-ux
