Noto Sans Sinhala on Google Fonts Early Accesses #170

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Chrome 
2. Visit http://jsbin.com/jakoce/

The font is added from Google Fonts early acesses

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect a proper rendering.

Instead i see the attached image. The default Mac font (Sinhala MN) renders it 
properly
FIrefox 27 , 30 renders properly

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Chrome Version 37.0.2062.124 on OSx 10.9.5

Please provide any additional information below.

I don't use a Mac. Maybe Behdad can help figure out the source of the problem. 
My guess is that Chrome on Mac doesn't use HarfBuzz, and Mac OS doesn't support 
OpenType layout for Sinhala.

Correct.  Will be fixed in Chrome 40 which uses HarfBuzz on every platform.
