fonts disappear; contextual forms not used #240

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Type a text in Noto Sans Mandaic or Noto Urdu Nastaliq Beta.
2. Close file.
3. Open file again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

In Mandaic, I expect to see contextual forms (just like when typing Arabic).
Instead, I see only unconnected display glyphs.

In both fonts, after closing and reopening a file, I expect to see the text I
typed. Instead, I see the text converted to Times Roman (for Mandaic, that
means I see empty boxes). Reapplying the font restores the shapes in both
fonts; Find-Replace suffices for Urdu, but for Mandaic each block of type has
to be selected individually.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

MSWord2007, Windows 7. I also tried Mandaic on LibreOffice, Windows 8.

Please provide any additional information below.

I wss very happy to discover, just the other day, that you're making these Noto
fonts to plug the gaps in Unicode 7 fonts. Several others are also the only
available fonts for their ranges.

Will I receive a response?

Thanks for the report. This sounds like a problem with MS Word, which is
outside the scope of what we can fix. :( The fonts themselves seem to work as
expected. Feel free to report to Microsoft. Thanks.
