Emoji inconsistencies on lollipop.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Some emojis are larger than the others, some are smaller, some are colored, 
some are black and white...

These are the large ones :

😊😀😁😂😄😅😉😯😐😑😕😠😬😡😢😮😣😤😥😦
😧😨😩😟😲😳😵😶😷😞😒😍😛😜😝😋😗😙😘😚
😎😭😌😖😔😪😏😓😫

These are significantly smaller :

☺😃😆😈😰😱 & more

The sleeping and smile ones are lower placed than the others : 😴☺

These are black and white instead of colored : ❤ (I think this used to be 
pink on Kitkat), ✌☝ (other hand emojis are pink), some more black and white

What is the expected output? What do you want to see instead?

I think it would be better if all of them were colored, they are all in the 
Google Keyboard and they look so weird with all the inconsistencies.

I am not sure but some of these were fine on KitKat, I can't find the red heart 
for example. I think its the black now.

Also I understand they don't have to be all centered but atleast the face 
emojis should be consistent. 😰😯 (<- does this look good to you guys?) 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Lollipop 5.0.1 (Nexus 4)

Thanks for the report. The size inconsistency issue should be fixed in revision 
da238c975c00.

The rest of the issues appear to be Android-specific. I filed 
https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=150473 for that.
