Can be reproduced with a simple blankclip:

from vstools import core

core.std.BlankClip().set_output()
  1. preview code
  2. zoom in
  3. open playback toolbar

Descale plot steps:

  1. preview image
  2. zoom in or resample to large size
  3. open native res tab
  4. interact with plot
