I removed some wording in Installation to make it less confusing. I also removed the Actions section because it wasn't relevant. At least right now it's not.

I forgot to delete ./imgs/wobbly_artifact.png in this PR. That would probably be okay to do here.

I'd like to keep the actions information in some fashion, as that's for all intents and purposes our nightly release. Doubly so because actual releases are slow.
