One suggestion I might make is remembering the last URL/Position of the Helium app.
One of the features I love about some apps in Mavericks is that when they are relaunched (after Reboot, Closing apps for memory use/etc), you can pick up right where you left off. It's nice that the Chrome tabs are restored, for example.
I use Helium for video--Plex (plex.tv) and every time I just enter the same URL, resize the window, and move it to the same spot on my screen. Would be nice if Helium didn't have amnesia!
