增加了两个功能：

  1. 可以通过pip包发布，安装更便捷。
  2. 实现了https://github.com/JadyXuan/NTTS/pull/22 中的自动导入功能

pip包已经发布可以使用，代码已在ubuntu conda环境测试。

English: Two features have been added:

  1. can be released by pip package, more convenient to install.
  2. the automatic import function in https://github.com/JadyXuan/NTTS/pull/22 has been realized.

The pip package has been released and can be used, the code has been tested in ubuntu conda environment.
