一個建議是，把 administrator 固定為 django 帳號。不要和 LDAP 的帳號混在一起。意思說，拿掉 Add administrator 的功能。administrator 就固定成一開始時加入的內建帳號。這樣 ad existing user 就不會有 administrator 了。

這樣一來，administrator 就不能在 kubeflow 中使用。只能拿來在 account manager 中使用。
