FATE Windows 10 Notification sound not playing #12

I've seen this reported a few places; but it also seems that in each of these it says "fixed" mine still does not seem to be working though. The window flashes but there is no notification sound that plays

There's no notification sound effects on this application. Window flash feature makes FFXIV sound foreground so you can hear FFXIV sound effect for duty matches. (I don't know think this sentence makes sense.) However, if you are using this application for FATE alert, there's no notification sound yet. I'll add it sometime but I can't say "feature applied" date. I'm in bad situation for coding now. (until 2019 September or October)

FATE notification sound will soon be applied. I applied sound same as FFXIV's FATE occurrence sound effect. But I'm not going to apply duty matched sound effect because it's just a duplicate copy of FFXIV feature. (enabling background sound effect on system sound)
