Update to include Hydatos fates #22

Is it possible to update DFAssist to include the new 4.6 fates contained in Eureka Hydatos. All the Fate information can be found via the following link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1s7r8F7l_6-0zKw3pBPxl4RbYLaKTNGPjAlZVFHegFBI/edit#gid=1225400496

@zelent that information from the link is not enough to add fates. fate ID is required. I'll check DieMoe's version later if it includes Hydatos fates.
