Abuse in China #38

Thank you for your work, but for some reason, roulette cheating has been abused in China, so some features are restricted in my branch. For these reasons, I hope that you can carefully consider adding Simplified Chinese support. This will prevent us from controlling abuse in China.

Actually, I know that cheating issue. It has been an issue also from Korea and Global community. But there are pros and cons. Some people get ready for matched duty with previewing matched roulette. Some people cancel roulette with it. However, there is penalty with cancelling duty. Users will be able to cheat and cancel duty without any problem for only once in a day, just in case they could get penalty with really needed to cancel situation. (Third time cancellation will give player 30 minutes unable to get in duty. This also make unable to get in duty with pre-composed party.) So, I thought it was okay to preserve the function.

If there's another problem with this function in China, reply me please. Like if there is a way to get rid of that penalty.

I found a cracking tool for DFAssist_CN blocking changing Matched duty preview option. project here It's possible to change manually with notepad though. I think adding Simplified Chinese support here does not change current situation for that issue.

I stopped maintaining DFAssist, so this won't be an issue.
