Turnigy 9X cannot read the ppm signals from PCTx

Endurance RC PCTX not compatible with Turnigy 9X

PCTx uses 1.8V for logic levels but Turnigy 9X uses 5V for logic levels

tried using level shifters to convert the voltage level but did not work

The reason level shifters did not work seems to be because of the ppm signal is negative ppm.

more study should be done to use negative ppm

Decided to make a usb2ppm converter with an arduino UNO

abandoned using PCTx
