Remove the toolbar background image if one was set #17

If the toolbar was getting a background image through UIAppearance proxy, then we remove it.

Hm, I think UIApperarance customisation is set in init. I don't think it works the way you say @nacho4d, but I'll check it out this afternoon. Thanks for the feedback :)
