[Other] Provide AndroidTV and DPAD support #732

Thx for this awesome app @JagandeepBrar !!!

Today I try to sideload it to my Android TV based nVidia ShieldTV. Looked really nice but the biggest problem is the missing DPAD support.

I know that flutter is not able to build android-tv apps but I think we can just add some Tweak's to make it run well. Would be really nice to be able to use LunaSea just with a remote.
