Added Mylar Module #763

Added the Mylar module. I couldn't find the API JSON Schema in the app, so there is currently no schema setup for Mylar's API. It was built as a copy of the Sonarr module and all the files edited to point to Mylar.

I forgot the add the mylar folder in the API directory.
