Created cart page with dynamic adjusting, quantity changing and item deleting.

Created cart page
Created "items" cookie to store cart items
Disabled max quantity so you can add as many as you want to cart page
The cookie will automatically change if you add more items, add fewer items or delete an item.
If you do not have the cookie, the cookie will just be a empty object.
