[Feature]: Blizzards.

Is this a new feature Yes.

Describe the solution you'd like So, essentially this would be like a extreme blizzard that could occur extremely rarely whenever weather kicks in, when it does occur it'd be severe enough that Thermal Armor would not protect you from this storm and would require you to either be deep underground below the freezing layer or next to strong light sources such as lava or glowstone. This event would also create more snow blocks on the surface to give the feeling of the world being buried in snow a lot more compared to the regular snow fall.

Additional context If this were to be added there'd be a config option to disable these entirely if people don't want them enabled, in terms of Thermal Armor, perhaps during these events the player would be slowed down if they are out in the open whilst a blizzard is active. These Blizzards would only occur once the apocalypse is in full effect. "Can be customized in the mod's config as to what days these would potentially start to occur on" Appearance wise this could be a modified snow fall effect but more intense to show that it's a blizzard and visibility would be reduced because of it.

The blizzard would have no effect on mobs that are made immune to the apocalypse in the mod's config file.

I think this would be a cool feature to add and would really show the apocalypse's harsh nature whenever a blizzard occurs.
